This is my go to place for lunch when I commute into work. I waited forever (because kabobs are my favorite lol) for it to open but the pandemic really delayed things. When we were able to finally try it, it quickly became one of my favorite spots to eat at. I even make my husband stop here on his way home just to pick up my favorite chicken kabobs when I can't make it out. The customer service here is so awesome too. They truly provide an excellent experience and make sure you are taken care of. You can really tell how much they care about this place as they pour their heart and soul into cooking up some delicious food and always as just super pleasant to talk to. Give them a try if you are in the area! There's literally something for everyone (including your picky eaters lol) on the menu! You just don't get this kind of pleasant experience these days at most establishments and that truly makes it worthwhile to visit :).

I tried the falafel sandwich for the first time and loved it! The customer service was great and the owner Akmel was super nice and made sure I had everything on my way out. Definitely recommend this place to someone wanting to try out some good gyros, wings, or in my case, falafel!!!! I also want to add that the bathrooms and dining area were clean from what I saw.

Food was delicious. The ambiance was great. Service was superb. We got the beef kabob platter and the beef shawarma wrap with fries. The beef is so tender.

This restaurant is a gem waiting to be discovered. I walked a different path at the mall and saw the Star Kabob. There was a picture for every food, so you know what you're getting. I ordered the beef Shawarma with fries. After my first bite, I realized this is restaurant quality food here and worth the price. The flavor is really authentic and the fries large cut and not heavy on the oil. Why have I not found Star Kabob years ago. I plan to eat here again and try different food on the menu at least twice a month. Try it and you'll see for yourself.

I tried the chicken kabob with salad, rice, and bread. Everything was delicious. The staff was very friendly. The place was very clean. The only thing I found a problem was that they didn't give out spoons. It was difficult to eat the rice. I wish they served tabouli salad as an appetizer.

Good food . Portions are bog enough to share. We ordered Kofta Platter. Two grilled koftas served on a bed of rice . Side salad along with 2 kinds if sauces . Delicious food. Loved their Pita bread .

When going to Fair Oaks Mall, there are only few food choices as they don't have a specific food court unlike other malls. The restaurants are located in different parts of the mall. I was looking for something affordable and quick and so I chose Star Kabob. It was a great Mediterranean place and they had excellent meat selections for Kabobs. You wouldn't go wrong with chicken, lamb or beef. Everything tastes delicious. The staff were also very friendly. There were some tables on the side but I noticed most of the orders were actually take out. It was a nice cozy spot on the first floor of the mall where there is not much foot traffic thus a family could relax after a stroll in the mall. I ordered a platter of vegetables, rice, and beef and it was delicious. I highly recommend eating here when you are at Fair Oaks Mall.

I love this place. Most authentic around! The dishes remind me of my moms cooking. I love eating here and taking food to go. The service is amazing. They always remember you no matter how long it's been since you stopped by. I drive a half hour to eat here! Highly recommend Star Kabob!

One of the few quality food places in the Fair Oaks mall. I ordered the chicken kabobs. Excellent side salad, packed separately from the hot items. Fresh, crispy vegetables, just the right amount of dressing. The naan bread is fresh, steaming hot and soft. Not fast-food style. The rice is fluffy and not over spiced. The chicken was grilled to order, juicy and not over cooked. I'll be back.
